Starting 2019 on the right note, South African comedian and host of the “The Daily Show”, Trevor Noah has purchased a modern Bel-Air bachelor pad for a whopping $20 million, reports TMZ.
Bel Air (or Bel-Air) is a neighbourhood on the Westside of Los Angeles, California.
Built on the 10,044-square -foot lot, the home features 24-foot ceilings and automatic Fleetwood glass walls that blur the line between indoors and out. Amenities include a soaring great room, den, 500-gallon saltwater aquarium, Chef-calibre kitchen, cigar room, theatre, maid’s quarters and cabana room.
Upstairs holds an approx 2,200 SF master suite with a bar, sitting room, dual baths, showroom closets, an approx 800 SF outdoor lounge with city-to-ocean views. Two ensuite bedrooms boast unobstructed views, while an ultra-private VIP suite offers its own terrace. A park-like yard features a sprawling lawn and 62-foot infinity pool completed with the Control 4 automation.
Trevor Noah has done real estate transactions internationally before. In June 2017, he secured a R130 million apartment in midtown Manhattan, New York.
