Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear Of God and Nike teamed up to release the Nike Fear of God 1, wearable both on and off the court. The Fear of God 1 combines classic 1990s designs taken from popular Nike silhouettes.
Lorenzo worked with Leo Chang, senior footwear design director at Nike Basketball, to help combine his aesthetic vision with high-performance technology.
Releasing in a Light Bone colour scheme, the Nike Air Fear of God 1 comes with a double-height Zoom Air heel unit reminiscent of the Air Max 180. Its upper features an exterior TPU heel and lacing cage inspired by the Air Huarache Light for lockdown support.
