Taking inspiration from the iconic ‘Banned’ AJ1, the Jordan Brand will releasing an all-new Air Jordan 1 colorway dubbed ‘Couture’ as a nod to the craftsmanship of Italian luxury cars.
The cut of this Air Jordan 1 “Couture” is slightly higher than the usual Air Jordan 1 High OG. The shoe comes dressed in a Black, Gym Red, and Muslin color scheme. It features a Black leather upper with a Red Banned-like bold paint mark covering the Swoosh logo. Finishing off the design are Nike Air tongue labels with matching Black Wings on the upper ankle atop a Muslin-colored rubber sole.
Look out for the Air Jordan 1 “Couture” to release on Saturday, 02 March 2019 online via Nike.com, for the retail price of R2,799.95.
