Ahead of the July debut, Netflix has just warmed fans with the release of ‘Stranger Things’ Season 3 trailer.
The trailer shows the group reuniting again, and this time they throw Dustin a surprise party. But overall, one can tell the theme is set in the mid-80s summer with the group having more fun, and nearing the end of the trailer we see another horrific creature they have to deal with.
We last saw the wrap of Season 2 back in 2017 with 9 episodes, while Season 3 is expected to bring 8 episodes only.
Season 3 stars Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Cara Buono, Natalia Dyer to mention a few.
The first season focuses on the investigation into the disappearance of a young boy amid supernatural events occurring around the town, including the appearance of a girl with psychokinetic abilities who helps the missing boy’s friends in their own search. The second season is set one year later, and deals with attempts of the characters to return to normality and consequences that linger from the first season. The third season, titled Stranger Things 3, is set in mid-1985.
The new season will debut on Netflix on 04 July 2019.
