To take their collaborative relationship to the next level, Jun Takahashi’s label Undercover and Nike have linked up once again to release the ‘Undercover x Nike Daybreak’ collection.
The collection is said to have 7 different colourways in both men and women’s colourways but so far we can confirm the 2 colourways that are releasing in early June.
Offered in Blue/Black and Black/White, the silhouette is a new take on the Nike Tailwind that originally released back in 1979. Details on the sneaker include a speckled, plastic heel piece that adds to the futuristic appearance of the shoe, paired up with nylon upper with suede and leather overlays. Undercover branding is stamped on the lateral midsole and tongue tag.
Look out for the UNDERCOVER x Nike Daybreak to release on Friday, 07 June 2019 online via Nike.com, for the retail price R2,599.95 each.
