20th Century Fox brings us a new action comedy ‘STUBER’ and is our movie of the week.
The movie stars Kumail Nanjiani and Dave Bautista and is directed by Michael Dowse. Other cast includes Iko Uwais, Natalie Morales, Betty Gilpin, Jimmy Tatro to name a few.
The movie follows an Uber driver, Stu (Kumail Nanjiani) who unwillingly becomes part of a police officer’s arrest operation.
When a mild-mannered Uber driver named Stu (Kumail Nanjiani) picks up a passenger (Dave Bautista) who turns out to be a cop hot on the trail of a brutal killer, he’s thrust into a harrowing ordeal where he desperately tries to hold onto his wits, his life and his five-star rating.
STUBER will arrive in local cinemas this week, from 11 July 2019.
