PUMA presents its season finale of the PUMA Select Sessions taking place this First Thursday.
The PUMA Select Sessions season closer will be happening at the usual venue Dassler’s in Braamfontein on Thursday, 07 November 2019 featuring Kid Fonque, KVRVBO, and SGVO on the decks.
Making Select Sessions history, the evening will include the launch of Kid Fonque’s new album: Stay True Sounds Volume 2. A vital part of South African electronic music and club culture over the last 20 years, Kid Fonque is firmly established as a tastemaker in South Africa. His influence can be felt and heard in the music of the many artists he has helped nurture within his role as label manager of Africa’s seminal dance label Soul Candi Records and more recently his own labels Stay True Sounds and STY TRU BTS.
Showcasing his love for true deep house music on the night will be Karabo Moloi (KVRVBO). Next is the young Given Nkonyane (SGVO) – a true talent, he is known for his passion for presenting something different to the house scene.
