Once known as a power couple, Black Coffee and actress, Enhle Maphumulo have called it quits after two years of marriage.
Sunday World reveals that the couple has ended things and are headed to divorce, and this comes with an application for a protection order by Mbali at the Randburg Magistrate Court against Black Coffee’s sister Nomalanga Maphumulo.
In the application, Mbali confirms that she’s going through a divorce and suffers depression, states the report by the paper.
Mbali alleged in her papers before court that Nomalanga and Black Coffee’s mother Faith Ndadala arrived at her matrimonial home on September 27 to bully and verbally attack her.
In what seems like a war over assets in the wake of their closely guarded separation, Mbali claimed that Dandala hurled a plethora of insults at her and even told her that she has no claim on the property as she and Black Coffee were not married in community of property.
It is rumored that cheating is the cause of the breakup, and word on the street is Black Coffee was seeing Cathy Guetta, French former events organizer and the former wife of David Guetta.
Since then, Mbali has gone on to social media to confirm the news;
“I woke today to something that was extremely personal that I had handed over to the court, that has made it to the papers. [The] situation that is happening right now in my life is indeed happening, but I would also just like a bit of space with regards to questions and so forth,” she expressed.
