PUMA RS-X³ SONIC
PUMA has designed a collection featuring SEGA®’s famous blue video game character Sonic the Hedgehog™, bringing the designs and graphics that appear in the game to a new line of footwear and clothing.
Sonic, who runs at supersonic speeds whilst collecting Golden Rings and battling Dr. Eggman, has become a family-favorite and an icon for all generations, after making his debut in 1991. In this collaboration between the world’s fastest sports brand and the world’s fastest hedgehog, Sonic’s playfulness is blended with PUMA’s sportstyle design.
Already available at retailers, the PUMA x SONIC Capsule Collection consists of the RS-X³ SONIC sneaker, colored in PUMA Black, featuring a customized footbed, Sonic’s silhouette printed on the midsole and a hedgehog logo inside the tongue. Sonic enthusiasts will appreciate the detailed graphics of the golden rings and the game score which complete this special RS-X³ edition.
Right on time for the movie release in February, the PUMA x SONIC RS-X³ will drop additionally in two further colorways with a semi-transparent white or black grid look, bright color pops and gold accents. All RS-X³ SONIC drops will be available as adults’ and kids’ versions.
