Following the exciting Jordan Quiz contest and the Air Jordan 11 “Bred” release that both went down at Lemkus Store in Cape Town, we had an opportunity to extend the Sole Knowledge episodes with a special affair for the Air Jordan 11.
Bernie Wicomb is the host of the “Sole Knowledge” which he describes “the home of sneaker stories and sports culture insights”, and he simply calls himself the Sneaker Evangelist because of his masterly knowledge and incredible expertise when it comes to sneakers – and that comes way back from early days as a collector and having worked for giant retails like adidas, Nike and Sports Retail.
For this special edition episode, which was filmed at Lemkus store, he breaks downs the history of the iconic Air Jordan 11 from the design perspective, as well the importance of this silhouette for the Jordan Brand.
