Minister of Health, Dr. Zweli Mkhize has confirmed that South Africa now has 1,845 coronavirus (COVID19) confirmed infections.
In addition, death cases have also increased, now with a total of 18 people dead due to coronavirus.
Gauteng remains the epicentre of the outbreak, with 782 confirmed cases, followed by Western Cape with 495 and KZN with 354.
The total number of COVID-19 tests conducted to date is 63,776.
