Streetwear and Sneaker retailer, Jack Lemkus has announced temporary store closure and ‘major sneaker’ drops delays.
This follows after Cyril Ramaphosa announced nationwide lockdown kicking-off from midnight on Thursday, 26 March 2020 to Thursday, 16 April 2020 – one of the measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
In a short statement, Lemkus announced that:
Major releases during the lockdown period will be delayed and WILL NOT be available online. All in-store lay-buys will be extended by one month.
However, life doesn’t stop, right? So customers can continue shopping using the online store www.jacklemkus.com.
Any orders placed online as of Thursday, 26th March 2020 and during the lockdown period will be shipped as soon as the lockdown period has been lifted (17th April 2020).
So for those who were looking out for drops including the Air Jordan 1 Hi ‘Court Purple,’ you will have to wait for a bit.
Otherwise, stay tuned for more updates.
