Microsoft has confirmed its upcoming Xbox Series S console, dubbed the smallest Xbox ever.
In a post, the company also confirmed the retail price of R6 999, which is much reasonable.
In addition to the Series S, fans can look forward to the blacked-out Xbox Series X which will retail for R11 999. Both will launch globally on Tuesday, 10 November 2020, with pre-orders starting September 22.
The Series S console features a clean white design of the console, with a wicked-cool grill that looks like an intercom system. With no sign of disc drive, the Series S can stand both upright and horizontal.
More than 50 new games are planned for this year and will be optimized for Xbox Series X, including Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Dirt 5, Gears Tactics, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and Watch Dogs: Legion.
