Lovecraft Country (Showmax)
The one-hour drama series is based on Matt Ruff’s novel of the same name and follows Atticus Freeman (Jonathan Majors) as he meets up with his friend Letitia (Jurnee Smollett) and his Uncle George (Courtney B. Vance) to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America in search of his missing father (Michael Kenneth Williams).
Freddy vs. Jason (Netflix)
This movie is crossover between A Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th series.
Two horror icons face off in this supernatural movie. Disfigured serial killer Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund), who attacks his victims in their dreams, has lost much of his power since citizens of his town have become less afraid of him. Enlisting the help of fellow violent murderer Jason Voorhees (Ken Kirzinger), Freddy orchestrates a new killing spree. However, when the hockey-mask-wearing psychopath won’t stop chopping up Freddy’s intended victims, the two ghouls start to battle each other.
Hubie Halloween (Netflix)
This comedy horror movie is directed by Steven Brill, written by Tim Herlihy and Adam Sandler, and also stars Kevin James, Julie Bowen, Maya Rudolph, and Ray Liotta.
In the movie, we see Hubie Dubois (played by Sandler) thanklessly spends every Halloween making sure the residents of his hometown, Salem, celebrate safely and play by the rules. But this year, an escaped criminal and a mysterious new neighbor have Hubie on high alert. When people start disappearing, it’s up to Hubie to convince the police (Kevin James, Kenan Thompson) and townsfolk that the monsters are real, and only he can stop them.
US (Showmax)
Jordan Peele’s horror-thriller ‘US’ sees Lupita Nyong’o taking the lead role. In this movie; a mother (Lupita Nyong’o) and a father (Winston Duke) take their kids to their beach house expecting to unplug and unwind with friends (Elizabeth Moss). But as night descends, their serenity turns to tension and chaos when some shocking visitors arrive uninvited.
Birdbox (Netflix)
This smooth horror movie stars Sandra Bullock, Trevante Rhodes, Jacki Weaver, Rosa Salazar, Danielle Macdonald, Lil Rel Howery and more.

Fans of horror films, here’ s must watch for you. A quite Place is a supernatural horror film set on a farm where a family has been terrorized by a ghostly being for some time. The film stars John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Noah Jupe and more.
Child’s Play (Showmax)
From the producers of It, Child’s Play cleverly updates the 80’s horror icon for the Internet of Things era.
The films mainly focus on Chucky (voiced by Brad Dourif in the original films and Mark Hamill in the reboot), a notorious serial killer who frequently escapes death by performing a voodoo ritual to transfer his soul into a “Good Guys” doll.
In the Tall Grass (Netflix)
The movie is based on Stephen King and Joe Hill’s 2012 novella of the same name. It stars Harrison Gilbertson, Laysla De Oliveira, Avery Whitted, Will Buie Jr., Rachel Wilson, and Patrick Wilson.
In this movie, a brother and sister enter a field of tall grass to rescue a boy, but they soon realize they cannot escape and something evil lurks in the grass.
MA (Showmax)
Octavia Spencer stars as Sue Ann, a loner who keeps to herself in her quiet Ohio town. She offers the kids the chance to avoid drinking and driving by hanging out in the basement of her home.
But there are some house rules: One of the kids has to stay sober, don’t curse, and never go upstairs. They must also refer to her as Ma. But as Ma’s hospitality starts to curdle into obsession, what began as a teenage dream turns into a terrorizing nightmare, and Ma’s place goes from the best place in town to the worst place on Earth.
