DJ Tira’s NYE party, Fact Durban Rocks will return again to close off 2020 featuring a star-studded line-up.
Staged at the iconic Moses Mabhida Stadium on December 31st, the event has for the past few years, attracted thousands of patrons from all walks of life to enjoy Durban’s warm weather and what South Africa’s playground has to offer musically.
For this year’s edition, DJ Tira has invited Simmy, Sjava, Sun-El Musician, Shimza, Focalistic, Master KG, Nomcebo Zikode, DJ Bongz, Songz, Zakwe & Duncan, Dlala Thukzin, Zakes Bantwini, Dladla Mshunqisi, Babes Wodumo, Mampintsha, Tipcee, Joocy and Beast.
“2020 has been a tough year for most, if not all us. We cannot only look at the bad that has happened but also the positives. I won my first South African Music Award for the Best Kwaito Category. I celebrated 21 years in the industry with an EP titled 21 Years of DJ Tira that has my current single, Nguwe featuring Nomcebo Zikode, which is currently making waves. We need to let our hair down, enjoy a musical buffet and hope for a better 2021,” commented DJ Tira.
