Netflix doccie about the life and football career of ‘Pelé’

Following ESPN’s The Last Dance and HBO’s Tiger, sports fans can now enjoy Netflix’s Pelé doccie.

The doccie dives into the life and football career of the legendary player through archival clips, commentary from family, former teammates, journalists and politicians, and interviews with Pelé himself.

 

 

In the opening scene, we see Pelé (80) arrive to sit in front of the camera with the aid of a walker, but his mood is enticing as he remembers those glory days in his career. Today Pelé has a total of 1,279 goals in 1,363 games and three World Cup titles.

The doccie is currently streaming on Netflix, enjoy the trailer below:
