Team LeBron defeated Team Durant 170-150 in the 70th NBA All-Star Game that took place at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Sunday, 7th March 2021.
Giannis Antetokounmpo (Greece/Nigeria; Milwaukee Bucks) was named the Most Valuable Player and finished with 35 points on perfect 16-on-16 shooting. Damian Lillard added 32 points for Team LeBron. The league’s top scorer Bradley Beal (Washington Wizards) led Team Durant with 26 points.
Three-time NBA champion Steph Curry (Golden State Warriors) won his second MTN DEW 3-Point Contest beating Utah Jazz guard Mike Conley in the final round. He became only the seventh player in NBA history to win the contest multiple times.
Anfernee Simons (Portland Trail Blazers) won the AT&T Slam Dunk. He became the first Trail Blazer to win the dunk contest, finishing with a dunk in which he nearly kisses the rim.
NBA All-Star Domantas Sabonis won the 2021 Taco Bell Skills Challenge.
