Apple Pay service is now available for FNB (First National Bank) customers. This means customers can add their cards to the Wallet app allowing them to pay and buy by just tapping their iPhones or Apple Watch to contactless speed points.
FNB is the latest to support this payment system, following Nedbank, Absa, Investec and Discovery Bank.
How to use Apple Pay via Wallet app:
Pay with iPhone with Face ID
– To use your default card, double-click the side button.
– Glance at your iPhone to authenticate with Face ID, or enter your passcode.
– Hold the top of your iPhone near the contactless speed point until you see Done and a checkmark on the display.
Pay with iPhone with Touch ID
– To use your default card, rest your finger on Touch ID.
– Hold the top of your iPhone near the contactless speed point until you see Done and a checkmark on the display.
Here are the FNB cards supported on Apple Pay:
– Aspire Debit
– Premier Fusion and Private Fusion
– Private Wealth Credit
– Business Debit
