Fresh out of Netlfix, this week we pick ‘Army of Thieves’ as our movie of the week.
In this prequel to Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead, small-town bank teller Dieter gets drawn into the adventure of a lifetime when a mysterious woman recruits him to join a crew of Interpol’s most wanted criminals, attempting to heist a sequence of legendary, impossible-to-crack safes across Europe.
Army of Thieves is directed by Matthias Schweighöfer who also stars in the movie along with stars Nathalie Emmanuel (Games of Thrones, F9), Guz Khan (Turn Up Charlie), Ruby O. Fee, Stuart Martin (Jamestown), Jonathan Cohen (Budapest), Noemie Nakai, Peter Simonischek (Toni Erdmann), and John Bubniak.
Army of Thieves is directed by Matthias Schweighöfer from a screenplay by Shay Hatten.
The movie is now streaming on Netflix.
