South Park fans can now expect to get a new full season coming in February.
The last full season aired in 2019, after the production was impacted by the ongoing pandemic.
The show creators decided to serve fans with two long episodes; “The Pandemic Special” aired in September 2020 and “South ParQ Vaccination Special” which aired in March last year.
Comedy Central announced Season 25 which will arrive on February 2, consisting of six episodes, as per The Hollywood Reporter.
Matt Stone and Trey Parker inked a $900 million deal with ViacomCBS running through 2027. The deal included a multi-season renewal of the animated comedy series at Comedy Central, as well as 14 original South Park movies that will debut on Paramount+.
