Earlier this year Lunch Bar announced its partnership with legendary musician, producer, and businessman, Khuli Chana as part of its mission to fuel Mzansi with collective goodness by bringing much much more to the next generation.
Through its Behind Every Legend initiative, Khuli Chana together with popular social media content creators have been sharing some of their legendary life lessons, including social literacy skills development, that you wouldn’t learn at school.
The upcoming interactive session will host 30 lucky legends-in-the-making, those starting out, who have a passion for the music and entertainment industry and want to thrive in it. The session is not limited to musicians, but anyone interested in thriving in this industry. From talent managers, to producers, sound engineers and lighting technicians – there are so many opportunities for anyone looking to follow this career path.
THE POWER OF COLLECTIVE GOODNESS
Cadbury Lunch Bar believes that there are no shortcuts to the top, but with the support of the right people and the right knowledge, you can make it. These personal coaching sessions are the next step in improving the youth’s social literacy and help prepare them for their future – creating a ripple effect of positivity.
During the coaching session, Khuli Chana will be joined by his technical support crew who together have planned and executed sold-out concerts as well as albums.
Leading career coach, Vumi Msweli, who works closely with individuals to fast track their trajectory in achieving their personal goals and empowers them with skills to excel in their particular environment, will also be joining the team to help guide the session and continue working with participants after the coaching session has ended.
“Giving the next generation access to the tools to thrive is vital to their success, to this end we’ve ensured the coaching session is structured to ensure the participants leave with a clear set of goals as well as the tools to make them a reality,” says Vumi.
To ensure everyone can benefit from these insights, key takeout from the session will be captured and shared across Cadbury Lunch Bar platforms over the following months with much much more in store for fans.
“I’m looking forward to meeting the next generation of legends-in-the-making and sharing some of the lessons I’ve learnt, both in the difficult and easier times. It’s through sharing that we help one another grow. It’s important for our youth to really believe in themselves and realise that their future reality is their current dream,”
