Following the success of ‘Get Out’, ‘Us’ and ‘Candyman’, Jordan Peele delivers another horror blockbuster Nope which will arrive at local cinemas later this month.
The movie was originally released in July and is currently on track to reach the $100 million mark at the box office.
South Africans will only be able to watch the movie at Ster-kinekor and Nu Metro on August 19.
Described as an expansive horror epic, Nope is led by Daniel Kaluuya from Get Out and is joined by Keke Palmer and Steven Yeun as they portray residents in a lonely gulch of inland California who bears witness to an uncanny and chilling discovery.
Two siblings running a horse ranch in California discover something wonderful and sinister in the skies above, while the owner of an adjacent theme park tries to profit from the mysterious, otherworldly phenomenon.
