Chris Rock’s famed sitcom ‘Everybody Hates Chris‘ will be getting a reimagined animated version.
The half-hour upcoming animated series ‘Everybody Still Hates Chris‘ features Chris Rock narrating stories inspired by his experiences growing up as a skinny nerd in a large working-class family in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, during the late 1980s-executive produced by Rock and includes Sanjay Shah, who will serve as the showrunner, Ali LeRoi, Michael Rotenberg, and Dave Becky.
The series is executive produced by Rock with Sanjay Shah (King of the Hill, South Park), original series creator Ali LeRoi, Michael Rotenberg, and Dave Becky. It is created by CBS Studios and 3 Arts Entertainment, and Rock will carry on as the narrator as per the original series.

Everybody Hates Chris, originally ran four seasons on UPN and then The CW from 2005-2009. The series won an NAACP Image Award for its writing in 2007 and was nominated for a Golden Globe and several Emmy Awards.
