American rapper, Talib Kweli will be in South Africa this weekend. Kweli will be one the international headliners performing at Back To The City Festival.
This year’s festival will take place at the usual venue Mary Fitzgerald Square (Newtown) on Saturday, 01 October 2022.
Kweli will kick it off with a Dj set at Braamfontein’s Untitled Basement on Friday, 30 September. On Saturday he will be on stage at Back to the City along with Lost Boyz and Keith Murray.
Local acts to perform at the festival includes; A-Reece, Big Zulu, Blxckie, Emtee, 25k, Nadia Nakai, Maglera Doe Boy, Youngsta CPT, and Costa Titch to name a few.
The festival hosts a line-up of ARTISTS, DJs, GRAFFITI ARTISTS, BREAKDANCERS, SKATERS and LIVE BANDS, all representing the pinnacle of artistic expression from South Africa.
