The Japan national team recently linked up with adidas for a unique collection, designed in collaboration with Japanese fashion designer NIGO.
Design-wise the collection is inspired by cherry blossoms and Japanese sweets, featuring a unique pink-and-green colour scheme. The colourway draws from the traditional Sakuramochi confection, which consists of a pink rice cake with a red bean paste center wrapped in a cherry blossom leaf.
The centerpiece of the collection is the cherry pink football shirt, which retails for R1,899.00. Additionally the collection includes shorts and a track jacket.
