MAMASAMBA is the latest and hottest spot to try out this season if you want to grab a quick bite and chill, whether it’s breakfast, brunch, or late drinks. Helmed by the team behind the famous Proud Mary, the newly opened Latin American restaurant and bar is located in the heart of Rosebank at The Zone (next to WE ARE EGG).
This visually appealing location is a two-story space with the option of enjoying the outside views and the jungle meets carnival feel inside.
Just entering the first floor, you’re greeted by the shades of green and the bright look of the restaurant, open kitchen, and well-designed circular bar.
To get upstairs, you are stunned by the marble and green spiral staircase where you’ll find the trendy and playful bar and sitting area.
This spot doesn’t miss when it comes to instagrammable features, including beautiful floor patterns, a designer staircase, well-lit bathroom mirrors, art displays and the unmissable gorilla sculpture around the bar.
When it comes to their menu, they offer exciting, bright, and flavorful dishes and tasteful cocktails with influences from across Central and Latin America.
This is a project by Colada House led by restaurateurs Gaz Hollywood and Jo Dos Passos who are behind Proud Mary.
