
If you missed the latest “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” movie you will be able to catch it on Disney+ in February.
Wakanda Forever will join 16 other MCU movies now streaming in IMAX Enhanced on Disney+, which gives subscribers more picture with an expanded aspect ratio for an immersive viewing experience at home.
This Ryan Coogler sequel was released in cinemas last year in November and has since grossed over $832 million worldwide, becoming the sixth highest-grossing film of 2022.
The movie continues with a cast including Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Winston Duke as M’Baku, Florence Kasumba as Ayo, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Danai Gurira as Okoye and more.
“Marvel Studios’ “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death,” reads the movie synopsis.
“As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda. Introducing Tenoch Huerta as Namor, king of a hidden undersea nation, the film also stars Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena and Alex Livanalli.”
The sequel will continue after the tragic passing of Chadwick Boseman who played T’Challa the King of Wakanda in the first release.
