AKA dead at 35, shot in Durban

Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, fka AKA (35)—has passed away after he was shot in Durban on Friday, 10th February 2023.

The rapper was shot dead at a close range outside a restaurant on Florida Road (Durban), along with his close friend Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane.

He was set to perform at Yugo Social Club for his birthday celebration tour. However, yugo_durban announced the cancellation of his performance.

He is reported to have been pronounced dead at the crime scene.

AKA shared a few updates on his stories while in Durban during the day on Friday the 10th. There are a lot of emotions pouring out on social media over the news of his passing.

The rapper was gearing up to release his fourth studio album ‘Mass Country‘, on the 24th February 2023.
