Finally we get to see “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” in cinemas this week. The highly anticipated sequel will release in cinemas this Friday, June 2, 2023.
The movie will once again follow the adventures of Miles Morales as he travels across the multiverse.
Miles will be joined by a new team of Spider-People, including Gwen Stacy, Spider-Man 2099, and Miguel O’Hara and there’s a new powerful villain known as The Spot.
The film’s cast is led by Shameik Moore as Miles Morales, Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy, and Oscar Isaac as Miguel O’Hara. The film will also feature the voices of Jake Johnson, Issa Rae, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, and John Mulaney.
The movie is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Justin K. Thompson, and Kemp Powers. Dos Santos is known for his work on the animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, while Thompson is known for his work on the animated series Voltron: Legendary Defender. Powers is a writer and director who made his feature film debut with the animated film Soul.
