Eusebius McKaiser (44)—a highly regarded analyst, broadcaster, and author—passed away after experiencing a suspected epileptic seizure on Tuesday, 30 May 2023, TimesLIVE reports.
Per the report, the sad news was shared by his manager, Jackie Strydom, who confirmed McKaiser’s death. The suddenness of the event has left his loved ones, including his partner Nduduzo Nyanda, in a state of shock and disbelief.
Strydom expressed her deep distress, emphasizing the unexpectedness of the loss. She further confirmed that McKaiser passed away on Tuesday afternoon in Johannesburg.
Strydom told News24, “Unfortunately, I can confirm that it is true. He died earlier this afternoon in Joburg.”
Eusebius gained prominence as a Radio 702 talk show host and has also written three books about South African politics and society.
