Natasha Joubert is now Miss South Africa 2023, succeeding Ndavi Nokeri, the Miss SA 2022 titleholder. The crowning event occurred at Sun Bet Arena in Time Square’s Menlyn, Tshwane, on August 13. Natasha, a 25-year-old model and entrepreneur, secured victory after her second attempt this year, in the wake of new entry regulations introduced earlier.
