Uber Eats now allows you to order from two different restaurants in one delivery

As local on-demand service providers continue to prioritize customer convenience, akin to Takealot’s recent launch of TakealotNOW—Uber Eats has emerged as the latest player to introduce a minor update to its delivery service.

Users can now place orders from two different restaurants and have them delivered at once, all thanks to the newly added “Add-On” feature on the Uber Eats mobile app. This convenient option is available when ordering food or groceries.

After being tested in a pilot phase starting in June, the service is now available across the entire country.

However, after placing the first order, you’ll need to complete the second order within a limited timeframe. Accessing this feature is simple. The option will appear after the first order has been successfully placed.

Previously, customers were unable to order products from different stores and have them delivered at once.
