Popular London cafe EL&N (pronounced ‘Elan’), abbreviated from Eat, Live, and Nourish, opened its first store in South Africa on Thursday, 24 August 2023, located at Mall of Africa, Johannesburg.

Dripping in pink aesthetics, with neon signs nestled in flower walls and unique photo backdrops, the cafe describes itself as the leading Instagrammable café and lifestyle brand.

No doubt, this spot is gearing up to be one of the coolest places to hit up this spring/summer. You can totally bank on seeing this spot flood your Instagram feed and take over your TikTok.

EL&N’s menu seamlessly encompasses its classic signature range of cakes, waffles, and patisseries, complemented by a selection of coffee mocktails; in addition, it introduces savory offerings like steaks and grills, all accompanied by the brand’s inaugural pizza bar featuring a delectable variety of wood-fired pizzas.

EL&N was brought to life in 2017 by Alexandra Miller, and from its London roots, it’s grown into a total vibe, now repping in 32 stores spread across 10 dope countries and regions, hitting up spots from the US to France, Italy, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Dubai.
