In an unexpected business move, the NBA and Kim Kardashian‘s underwear line SKIMS have joined forces in a multiyear partnership, naming SKIMS the official underwear partner for the NBA, WNBA, and USA Basketball.
The agreement with the NBA and WNBA introduces a brand-new “body-shaping wear” category, a first in the world of sports.
Co-founded in 2019 by Kim Kardashian and Jens Grede, SKIMS is a brand that’s changing underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. SKIMS offers innovative products for everyone, from shapewear that enhances your curves to underwear that stretches twice its size.
