Cape Town has been voted the second-best city globally for 2024 in a report released by Time Out.
The report, which ranks the top 20 cities globally, is based on the Time Out Index, derived from a survey of over 20,000 city residents worldwide, in addition to insights from Time Out’s own network of editors.
The city’s high ranking is attributed primarily to its vibrant cultural scene, characterized by numerous galleries, studios, and public events such as the Cape Town Art Fair, known as the largest art fair in Africa.
