Apple has dropped the official teaser trailer for its highly anticipated film, “F1,” starring Brad Pitt and Damson Idris.
Produced by Apple Original Films, this movie stars Pitt as Sonny Hayes, a former Formula 1 driver making his return to the sport.
He teams up with rookie Joshua Pearce, portrayed by Damson Idris, at the fictional APXGP team. The movie boasts a star-studded cast, including Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, and Samson Kayo.
“F1” is being shot during actual Grand Prix weekends, providing an authentic racing backdrop as the team competes against real F1 giants. Filming locations include major events like the British Grand Prix.
Directed by Joseph Kosinski, known for “Top Gun: Maverick,” the movie is produced by an impressive team including Jerry Bruckheimer, Brad Pitt, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, and seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton under his Dawn Apollo Films banner.
“F1” is set to hit cinemas on 25 June 2025.
