The 2024 Summer Olympics, an international multi-sport event, are set to kick off from Friday, 26 July to Sunday, 11 August 2024 (with some events starting on 24 July).
The 2024 Summer Olympics will be taking place in Paris, France, with events happening across 16 other cities in Metropolitan France, along with one subsite in Tahiti.
Team South Africa will send nearly 150 athletes to Paris in 2024, marking the country’s ninth appearance at the Olympics since its readmission in 1991.

SABC Sport will provide most of the coverage for FREE, with some events also broadcast on SABC 1, SABC 2, and SABC 3.
