Great news just in for soccer fans! The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has closed a deal with SuperSport to bring the league to Showmax. Starting with the Betway Premiership, all PSL matches will be available to stream live on Showmax for Premier League subscribers at no extra cost.
This means fans can now catch all 380 Premier League games along with every PSL match, including major cup competitions like the Carling Knockout Cup, MTN8, and Nedbank Cup, for just R69 per month.
The action kicks off on Saturday, 14 September 2024, with Royal AM facing Cape Town City at the Harry Gwala Stadium at 15:00. Later that day, the Soweto giants, Kaizer Chiefs, start their season with a match against Marumo Gallants at 17:30. Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns will begin their campaign on Tuesday, 17 September, in a home clash against SuperSport United at 19:30. Orlando Pirates, who will also be competing in the MTN8 final against Stellenbosch FC, kick off their league challenge against Chippa United on Wednesday, 18 September at 19:30.
This season, all 16 top-tier clubs will be battling it out for the newly unveiled Betway Premiership trophy. With Orlando Pirates looking to dethrone Mamelodi Sundowns, this year’s competition promises to be one of the most thrilling in recent years!
