This past weekend, it was all eyes on the South African Music Awards (SAMAs) as the nation celebrated its top musical talents. The night was filled with excitement, standout performances, and a powerful showcase of South Africa’s rich and diverse music scene.
The biggest winner of the night was none other than Tyla, who walked away with three awards, including Best Pop Album for her self-titled album and Ukhozi FM Female Artist of the Year. Kabza De Small and Mthunzi also took home significant awards, claiming Best Amapiano Album and the coveted Sampra Album of the Year for their collaborative album Isimo.
