adidas has linked up with the avant-garde fashion house AVAVAV for a collaboration that redefines sport-meets-style.
This collab brings a playful, surreal edge to iconic designs, highlighted by the standout Superfinger Superstar sneakers and an imaginative apparel collection.
The Superfinger Superstar comes in two daring colorways—Core Black and Crew White/Red—retaining the classic silhouette of the adidas Superstar.
What sets it apart? A detachable set of rubber fingers inspired by AVAVAV’s quirky branding. These nylon-like fingers add a whimsical and ironic twist to the timeless sneaker, offering a fresh take on adidas’ sporting legacy.
The collaboration doesn’t stop at footwear. A reimagined apparel line “Avavavifies” classic adidas pieces, transforming them into exaggerated and playful designs. Highlights include a cropped track top with matching track pants, an oversized track robe, a second-skin layering top, and a bold puffer jacket with hunched shoulders. Accessories like caps and surreal three-fingered football gloves round out the collection, blending utility with unexpected whimsy.
