This weekend marks the end of an extraordinary chapter in Formula 1 as Lewis Hamilton raced for Mercedes-AMG one final time. From 2025, Hamilton will don the iconic red of Ferrari, having signed a multi-year deal with the Scuderia.
Hamilton joined Mercedes in 2013, leaving McLaren, where he had already won a world championship.
Hamilton secured six drivers’ world championships, and the team claimed eight constructors’ titles. The stats are staggering — 84 wins, 78 pole positions, and 153 podium finishes with Mercedes alone. In 2021, he became the first driver in history to notch up triple-digit wins and pole positions, and to date, he holds the record for 105 victories, 104 poles, and 202 podium finishes in his F1 career.
