Showmax‘s beloved drama series, ‘Adulting,’ is back on our screens for the third and final season this January.
The core cast, featuring Thembinkosi Mthembu as Bonga, Luthando ‘BU’ Mthembu as Vuyani, Thabiso Rammusi as Mpho, and Nhlanhla Kunene as Eric, is back in action, ready to take fans on another entertaining journey through the ups and downs of modern life.
Season 3 opens with a new chapter for everyone: Bonga is now a married man, navigating the complexities it comes with while trying to start his own family; Vuyani is now standing on business and is a club owner, seemingly over his past life of being a player; for Eric, the grind continues because bills have to be paid, and he now has a 9-to-5 job; and for Mpho, the emotional terrain of being a newly divorced father and juggling co-parenting with two separate families.
Mpho, previously at a crossroads in his own marriage, steps into an unexpected role as Bonga’s marital mentor. Bonga, who once provided financial support to the group, now finds himself leaning on Mpho for advice, drawing from his hard-earned lessons. This shift adds depth to their friendship, highlighting how their roles evolve as they face life’s complexities.
The new season is now streaming on Showmax, with new episode out every Saturday.
