PUMA and Montreal-based design studio JJJJound reunite to deliver a masterclass in refined minimalism, unveiling their latest take on the iconic PUMA Mostro.
Stripping back the bold silhouette to its essentials, JJJJound brings its signature understated aesthetic to PUMA’s archive, following their China-exclusive Suede collab from 2022.
The clean, detail-focused collection comes in two muted colourways—Brown and Navy Blue—with a premium nubuck upper, supple leather lining, and the Mostro’s signature spiked black sole. In a subtle departure from the original 1999 design, the forefoot strap is replaced by classic laces, paired with a soft butter-yellow liner. PUMA’s Formstrip is rendered as minimal stitching on the upper, while JJJJound branding appears on the insole.
Look out for the JJJJound x Puma Mostro pack to release on Saturday, 12 July 2025, at Shelflife (in-store and online). The retail price is set at R2999. Sizes UK7-UK10.
