South Africa’s R&B lovers are in for a treat as Canadian duo DVSN is set to perform in Johannesburg this summer. The acclaimed R&B act will headline the Once Upon A Time in Joburg concert on 7 December 2025.
Concert organisers, confirmed the news on social media, teasing that more acts will be announced in the coming weeks. The Once Upon A Time concert series, which made its debut in 2024, has quickly become one of Johannesburg’s standout music events. Its first edition was headlined by California’s Xavier Omär, followed by GoldLink’s electrifying performance earlier this year in June.
For its 2025 edition, the series takes things to new heights with DVSN, the chart-topping duo known for their smooth, sultry sound and critically acclaimed albums, including Sept. 5th (2016), Morning After (2017), and A Muse in Her Feelings (2020). Fans can expect a soulful performance of vocals, emotional lyricism, and the kind of live energy that has earned DVSN a global following.
