Afrobeats global superstar Asake is billed to perform in South Africa on Saturday, 03 January 2025 at The Goldrush Dome, Johannesburg.

This event is part of Curated By Culture, an event series brought by AfroFuture that celebrates the sounds, styles, and stories shaping today’s culture, with latest edition bringing ASAKE to Johannesburg for his first-ever South African performance.

The Nigerian sensation has become a global force thanks to his top tracks, which include “Lonely at the Top,” “Bandana,” “Amapiano,” “Terminator,” “Peace Be Unto You (PBUY),” along with popular titles like “Omo Ope,” “Joha,” “MMS,” and “Remember.”

Asake’s rise on the world stage continues to build, backed by past highlights such as selling out the O2 Arena twice, becoming the first African artist to headline the Barclays Center, and performing a Red Bull Symphonic show in Brooklyn.

That journey also includes fan-favourite Tiny Desk session.

Curated By Culture featuring ASAKE will take place on Saturday, 03 January 2025 at The Goldrush Dome, Johannesburg.

Tickets are now on sale via Quicket.
