American platinum-selling R&B singer-songwriter Mariah the Scientist is extending her stay in South Africa, with shows in Cape Town on 2 January 2026 and Pretoria on Saturday, 3 January 2026.
Mariah the Scientist kicks off her SA run at Green Point Track in Cape Town on Friday, 02 January 2026, for the WAV Festival, before heading to SunBet Arena in Pretoria on Saturday, 03 January 202,6, for a Vertex Events–produced show.
The WAV Festival in Cape Town will also feature British-Colombian singer Sasha Keable as a supporting act, alongside a strong lineup of local talent including Kelvin Momo, Shekhinah, Langa Mavuso, Lia Butler, Xowiè, Manana, Nanette, Kujenga, and the Strictly Soul Hour with Akio and Yandani.
Meanwhile, the Pretoria show will feature local favourites A-Reece, Lordkez, and Manana on the lineup.
