To sweeten this move, Showmax is offering users free trial access to DStv Stream Compact until the end of May, followed by a discounted R99 monthly subscription for 12 months (up to 75% less than the standard price).
However, the migration isn’t automatic; subscribers must opt in through a sign-up process shared via email, giving MultiChoice a chance to actively convert users instead of transferring them passively.
